Security District Manager

Responsibilities:

• Overall supervision of security teams and security issues across multi-sites for the designated districts
• Responsible for team establishment, recruit new members, coordinate manpower across sites, if required
• Develop, implement, and maintain security procedures and practices; ensure that these are effectively covered all processes
• Standardize security standard across sites including SOP, training and etc.
• Ensure existing security control systems are sufficient and effectively against the current and potential threats to the Company and its properties, and propose improvement areas if necessary
• Provide security drills and trainings to enhance staff’s competency, ensure staff are adhered to internal control measures, quality and safety procedures and work instructions
• To manage discipline and other personnel issues
• Liaise and coordinate with local authorities / law enforcement agencies on security management
• Ensure the compliance with all relevant Company polices and Security Company License related regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Property Management, or related disciplines is preferred
• 10 years relevant working experience in security/customer service industry, in which 5 years at managerial level with background in disciplinary force is an advantage
• Able to work independently, strong leadership, well-disciplined with good communication and presentation skills
• Profound knowledge in crisis management, risk assessment and people management
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good in MS office (Excel, Words & Outlook)
