Sales Support Executive

Responsibilities:

• Support sales teams in preparation of quotations and other sales related documents by using Salesforce, preparation of various sales reports and conduct research of sales related information as required
• Be the focal point to handle enquiries from corporate clients, vendors, and internal departments, including legal, finance, cs and presales
• Perform both sales and non-sales administrative duties and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by our sales teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences, experiences gained from Telco or Tech industry is a plus
• Familiar in using Salesforce is a plus
• Experiences in preparation and answering of RFP, RFI is a plus
• Self-motivated, dynamics, team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attentive to details, organize, result-oriented with good business acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Words & PowerPoint)
